Saw this at The Wayne Fontes Experience it's our buddy Kevin Antcliff and his quest to Lose 100 Pounds. I think he can do it!
My own weight is something I always battle. I did make a big move a couple of years ago and dropped from 318 pounds to 228 pounds and never felt better. I now range from the mid-230's to low 240's, but am starting again to get that weight back down!

Ralph Kluk had some bowling balls, lots of room in his front yard, and what he did next you won't believe. Kluk took 20 cans of spray paint, 59 bowling balls, and some 40 feet of black piping to construct a 700 pound Rosary. Kluk is a native of Poland, and even had a pen pal relationship with Pope John Paul II.
Hey kids, this is the only time a Rosary should be on the ground!
