Eat slow to help lose weight
Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008I am extremely guilty of eating large amounts of food fast. That's no secret to those who know me. I've also noticed that when I do eat slow and under control, I don't feel hungry and do feel better. So why not do this all the time you ask? Good question. It all sounds so simple, yet it's very hard to do.
